PRE ORDER ITEMS - All items have a turn around time of 3-4 weeks please consider this when placing an order.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
If you encounter a manufacturing issue with any of our items please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we may offer you a refund or replacement.
You must send your item back at your own expense in order to receive a refund or replacement. Our refund policy only covers manufacturing faults.
Please note that some of our clothing and accessories contain small delicate parts please always use with adult supervision.
We do not refund or replace due to wrongful use or washing so please read the instructions carefully.
If it is discovered the issue was caused by wrongful use or washing you will not receive a refund or replacement and you will need to pay the postage costs to have the item returned back to you.
We do not refund if the colour is wrong due to computer colour settings, or if you change your mind but will allow you to send your item back at your own expense and exchange for the same type of item, you will also be responsible for paying postage for the exchanged item.

POSTAGE INFORMATION
Headbands & Small items can be sent from $3.50 in a tough/padded bag. 1 x Item of clothing is sent in a small parcel post satchel for $7.80; 3 plus items are sent in a medium satchel for $12.50. All Parcel Post Satchels are traceable you must allow up to 3-5 business days to receive your item/s.
If you require item/s to be Expressed Posted (delivery within 2 Business Days) this will cost $10.50 for a Small Satchel (1 Item) or $14.80 for a Medium Satchel (3 plus items).
International Shipping Rates are calculated based on what part of the world you are in.
Please be aware that if you do not wish to choose any extra coverage above regular post you do so at your own risk. Cutie Pies Cothing & Accessories takes NO responsibility for lost or stolen packages and will NOT provide a refund and/or replacement.
If your registered package was signed for but you didn't receive your package, please contact us and we will try to locate the parcel for you, however, if it can't be found, you will need to put in a compensation claim with Australia Post. If they do not resolve your issue, you can contact you state Postal Industry Ombudsman.
